Pastor Downs Pastor Ronald C. Downs is a (1985) graduate of Tabernacle Baptist Bible College In Greenville S.C. He was Ordained a Gospel Preacher at Countryside Baptist Church in Lake Mary Florida under the Ministry Dr. Avery Long in (1986). He recieved an Honorary Doctor of Divinity From Victory Baptist College In Roan Mt. Tenn from By Dr. Jerry Huniecut and Dr. Ben Carper. Pastor Downs is the founding Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church and still preaching the Gospel of Grace at H.B.C.
