Dr. Ronald C. Downs Pastor Downs founded Heritage Baptist Church in September 1986; and the Bible Institute/College and Christian School in 1995. Pastor Downs leads and works in every area of the church.

Sister Kathleen Downs Sister Kathleen Downs is the Pastor's wife and helpmeet. She works with Pastor in all areas of the ministry. She faithfully handles her many "behind the scenes" responsibilties and is used of  Lord in many areas of the church.

Sister Dorothy McMahon Sister Dotty McMahon was saved at Heritage Baptist Church and has been a very faithful member since 1991. Dotty graduated from Heritage Bible College. She is a faithful member of our visitation team and is being used of the Lord in many other areas of the church.

Sister Candace DeBerry  Sister Candace DeBerry was saved at Heritage Baptist Church and has been a very faithful member since 1993.  She graduated from our Bible College in 2003, and received her Bachelor of Education Degree.  Candace teaches in our Sunday School, is a faithful member of our visitation team, and is part of our bus and building maintenance ministries. She is being used of the Lord in many areas of the church.
